Road Trip May 2005: Houston Art Car Parade

Route from Plano:
Straight down I-45 to Houston and back. The annual Art Car Parade is definitely worth the trip to Houston. The parade route runs down Buffalo Bayou and back, and we found a great viewing spot where the cars loop around to head back. Kinky Friedman was the Grand Marshall this year, so we got all the "Kinky for Governor" paraphernalia we wanted.
